How’s the Market? Well, here’s the data
If you have followed my blogs or talked to me about real estate and the state of the local real estate market over the years, you know that my standard response is that all real estate markets aren’t just local; they are hyper-local. I have just subscribed to Altos Research which makes reports available down to the zip code level.
I can do customized dynamic graphs and charts – in this case a comparison of median price per square foot for 3 of my most popular zips 38103, 38104, and 38117:
You as a consumer can subscribe to regular Market Updates about your chosen zip code(s) and the greater Memphis area. Executive Summaries provide a one page thumbnail summary of a zip’s real estate activity; while full comprehensive Summaries provide multi-page in-depths with plenty of stats and graphics. I promise not to use your email address for anything other than providing the reports, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
