When most local people think of Midtown Memphis houses, they think historic. Most of the homes in Midtown were built well before the middle of the 20th Century as the city expanded west. We take pride in our historic districts and our Midtown neighborhoods, preserving the charm of our four-squares, bungalows, and Victorians.
Occasionally I have a client who is enamored with Midtown’s charm but wants a newer home. Midtown does have newer homes, developments and single house in-fill, but not many are on the market at any given time.
Here are all the houses on the market that were built in 2005 or later.
