Realtor Convention - San Diego

Once again it’s that time of the year when I attend the National Association of Realtors convention – this year in beautiful San Diego, CA.Â I get noticeable jet lag from a 2 hour time change, so I am still reeling today as I head off for a Real Estate BarCamp.Â Should be interesting.Â I will post on that later.

The rest of the week is Trade Show (I try not to take a checkbook or credit card to that), education sessions and updates on what is happening in real estate.Â Lani Rosales summarizes the issues in this Agent Genius post.

I will post my pictures to my flickr photo stream as soon as possible, and will probably be adding some videos too.Â Right now I need a few large mugs of fortified, so I will be to get started.

Joe knows Midtown! We loved working with him from the start--he's truly a professional but breaks everything down for you. While preparing our house for the market, he was patient with us and worked out a strategy for us. Once we left town, he took care of everything--it was complete piece of mind. The result? Not only the easiest real estate transaction we've ever had, but also the quickest! The house sold for more that we thought it could in a flash. My only regret--our move halfway across the country means that Joe can't help us find a new home! Wish we could have taken him with us! :)
