As I track expired listngs (MLS listings that are not renewed when their listing contract runs out) and listings taken off the market for various other reasons, other than sales, I notice that very few of these unsold homes are coming back on the market. Are home sellers waiting for Spring? Are they declaring that they will just not lower their prices and take any less for their homes? Or have they just decided to stay put for an indefinite time?
