I am happy to be able to provide some pretty comprehensive home buyers and sellers handbooks for download. As you may have heard, housing inventory is very low now. Due to supply and demand, prices are moving up, and competition for well maintained, nicely decorated and updated homes is fierce. On the positive side, interest rates are still at all time lows. Now in out market, nice homes are selling quickly, often with multiple offers. By definition, we are now in a Sellers Market. If you have been holding off on putting your house on the market, timing is in your favor right now. The home sellers guide provides useful information on getting your home ready for the market and what to expect during the home selling process. Joe knows Midtown! We loved working with him from the start--he's truly a professional but breaks everything down for you. While preparing our house for the market, he was patient with us and worked out a strategy for us. Once we left town, he took care of everything--it was complete piece of mind. The result?
