| HOME INSPECTIONS - Buyers For
your protection, get an inspection. Do
not depend on the Seller’s Property Disclosure, information from either the
Seller’s agent, the appraiser, or even from your agent regarding the condition of the
property your are purchasing.
If your Sales Contract
includes provisions for a home inspection, you will need to choose a home inspection
service as soon as possible and set up the inspection within the timeframe specified in
the contract. The inspector will check and
report on electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning systems, the roof and structural
condition of the home. Remember that the home
inspection is a separate process from the appraisal.
