Loan Pre-Approval
Loan Pre-Approval
If you are considering a home purchase, getting loan pre-approval is a must. The pre-approval process will give you an idea of how much you can afford, and how much of a payment you will be comfortable with.
The process is relatively painless. Remember, the loan officer wants your business. That’s how they get paid. They should make you as comfortable as possible, but be prepared to be open and honest about your financial situation and provide complete information.
